Well looking at this kit it is very nice and looks to be a very fast build. Just what I need to recharge the batteries. So after a couple of hours here is were I am.

What a nice kit.

I kind of like the Nato scheme. The UN scheme kind of scares me. Not sure yet what I will do. Thanks for the encouragement guys.

Adding some more. Dropped a piece again and can not find it. Of course it is a very very noticeable piece. Getting beyond frustrated at this.

throw a tarp over it and git'er done.

James, go grab a simple little kit and knock it out real quick. Good therapy..you know like the SNARK I did a while back. :mpup

That sucks! hope you can cover up or scratch the missing piece, go for it James! finnish this :fencing

Got a bit more done. Spent about 15 minutes crawling around the floor and found the piece. Lost 3 more and found them. Sore but happy. Getting closer to the finish line. I am thinking of the UN sceme now.

What piece James? If my trade with dukwhunter goes through, I may have this kit soon. With any luck, you may have found it by then, if not, let me know.

Regards,

Okay I think I am done for the day. Just tiny pieces left and it is ready to paint. Too many tiny parts with big sprue gates and hard to position places. The winch on back is over engineered I think, but does come out okay.

What the devil is that thing on front? Looks like the hook used to capture the trap on a Zeppelin

Wire cutter. So the crew commander (crew) dont get decapitated. String some concertina up across the road and its very hard to see. Same idea as cable cutters on helicopters.
