Was looking really good until I saw the PE and what appears to be resin parts not meaning the wheelsand tires. I assume now that this is a PE, RESIN and STYRENE kit?

I hate PE.

If my kits with PE also had optional STYRENE parts to use in lieu of the PE (Pain in the Extrodinaire)I'd be glad to fawn off the PE to you.

Nice to find that when I googled Mirror Model Recce that our link was found in Google.

A little not, on the PE sheet, there are two parts 40 and 41. Makes it a bit confusing to say the least but this is no Tamiya kit.
