Indeed it is Hugh Mill's 17340 Miss Clawd IV. Kit even includes patches for the uniform and "WAR" for the helmet. Unfortunately, the shark mouth decal is wrong. I was lucky enough to buy Fireball Modelworks decals before he decided to quit with aircraft and concentrate on cars. He released a second sheet with several shark mouth schemes. I am still looking for them. Note the shape of the mouths here:

Bruce, the Dragon kit is a bear to build. I found two in my stash, one which was sealed, so I figured I would post a Sprue Tree Review. Torque was the name for the second crewman in the scouts.
