On the Road with the Dancing Bears

Okay for the moment this is a place holder as I have only just started and have no pics yet. I've been sucked into the 1/16 Pz III and will give it a try. Whats the Dancing Bear reference? Its a Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf J of the 4th Panzer Division in Operation Barbarossa. I have decals by Echelon.

I also have an Aber barrel as i'm not to keen on the kit barrel. And finally I have type 5B tracks I am printing up. They are fully movable. I will also print various other bits and bobs just because its fun.. We'll see how this turns out.

A guy would think for what a kit like this sells for, they would come with accurate, appropriate tracks at least.
The big scale bug hasn't bit me yet. Surprised?

@Rhino years ago I got some AM tracks for some Panzer III / IV. Turns out there were as many variants of track links as there were tanks. Like the T34's had a bunch of differences in wheels and building details, the German tanks had similar issues, and track links varied just like everything else.
