New for Dec 23 part two

Okay I have done a bit of 3D printing since my last update but havent taken many photos. Maybe once I start Christmas leave I can fix that. I will show this print I just did last night. I have been looking for a 6 gun nose for my 1/32 Hobbyboss A-26B. Lately I got a message from Cult3D about a new nose in 1/48 scale made for the ICM kit. I bought the file and then blew it up by 150%. I taped it in place and it looks pretty close. I will need to trim inside the mating surface on the fuselage, but I think it should fit nicely. Before that I just measured the width of the 8 gun nose and then adjust my size using that number. It is just slightly smaller and is printing now along with some 500 pounders for my B-25H as well as some engine cowlings for that aircraft. I'll see which looks better. Here are some pictures. Lovely detail on the print.

The little nibs in the bottom picture just need to be cleaned up, but otherwise I think its pretty darn close.
Other prnits to take pics of are some M-48/60 parts, a better version of the airfield lantern cart an AH-1Z power plug and some other things. I also found a file for a wheel holding jig which did not work well in FDM but did print nicely in resin. I'll see if it works shortly.
Oh and the link to the file if anyone is interested. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/1-48-invader-6-gun-nose-correction-set

Okay some nuts and bolts, files from AnyZ, some M-48/60 grab handles and bump stops and gun. Some 1000 and 500 pound bombs for my B-25 and A-26. I also have some other prints but didnt take pictures. Need more time. I found my missing landing gear for my Kai 44 and am close to finishing this thing. See how it goes this coming week although I will be going down to Edmonton to pick up the FIL first. If anyone is curious the tank is the Tamiya 1/35 A34 Comet and the red thingy is a new sanding tool by Dspaie. Comments and questions welcome.
Oops, almost forgot. The rounded things are radio connectors for the M-49/60 in two types .

They are single point on one side and double point on the other side. This article might help. https://harringtonmuseum.org.uk/an-m64/

Sure didn't realize that. Wonder when they stopped the bottom lug. I don't recall even a provision for one on the bombs we messed with. We duh, I was messing with Mk81 and 82s and the others.

Carry on! :mpup
