I am watching with interest but... do you plan to replace the wheels and tracks? If so, I know of replacement wheels but what about the tracks? They are the same as for the M51 ARV and M103. If you replace the tracks, keep in mind that they (and the sprockets) are different from the M47/48/60 series.

Regards,

Hello friends, many many thanks. I'm realy glad to you like it.

SM : 1)I studied photos of on real M88A2 and I don't seen any different between tracks and wheels on model and on real M88 2)This is only for fun => I don't care if wheel have 8 or 9 bolts etc. :yipee

But thanks for interesting info B)

Next progress : build is complete on 75%, figurines build are done, stuff like bags, tents, boxes, etc are selected.

Good for you! Some people insist on using aftermarket tracks (like Friulmodel and so on) but didn't know that the tracks for the M88 are not the same as the Patton.

All that matters is that you're having fun!

:good:

Pavel there is a surplus US Army cargo truck not far from my house, several of them I might add. One of them is in this same camo scheme you did here with the Nato Black, brown and green colors. I've been meaning to stop and take some picture of it, at this point it would only validate that you NAILED it!

The splotchy fading looks exactly it it does on these vehicles.
Outstanding work!
