: guess it's the different hues on each computer screen... :blush: It's just that I've been trying to find a way to paint those rubber "wheel covers" on my Tiger I and thought you'd found a good masking tape for that purpose. I'll probably paint the rubber part with the templates I bought from l'Arsenal (a nice tip from Sharkmouth). ;)

No worries on the confusion my friend.B) I did paint it. To me,the actual paint does look like the color of the plastic of the kit itself.:blush: I mixed in some Tamiya buff to Tamiya olive drab.Usually,when I add a gloss clear coat,it darkens up the paint a bit.

The first photo shows how I do the decals.I brush on Testors acrylic gloss,add the decals,then spray that stugg all over.

I added a pin wash of dark brown,after I glossed her up.I added a flat clear today,and it went away.:eek:hmy:
