Looking for someone good with graphics.

I know a good deal about computers and can work a lot of programs, but I absolutely suck at graphics. I Have a scan of some decals that I need an outline of so I can cut them on my plotter. I have tried and tried and have enough other grief in my life to do this. So if someone can make stencils jpgs I can use them to cut the new decals to the proper shape. I've asked before for some help with no luck so I'll canvas the wider forum. Thanks in advance.

PS basicly you need an vector Adobe Illustrator file does your plotter work on Postscript?

The easiest way seems to be a jpg, but let me check. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

I can do vector outlines of bitmap objects and then export them as high res .jpg files as well Heck that is how I did some of the patterns for my Ju88 parts.
