What links are you using?
Did you get the email that went out yesterday?
What browser are you using? Internet Explorer, Firefox or what?
I'll tell you now, to go ahead and download and run ccleaner. http://www.piriform.com/
If you're not comfortable doing that, get some highschool kid to do it for you. But you need to clean out the temp files and cookies that are stored on your computer.

Then let us know what happens.

Hi there.

How do you change your password on this site? I'd love to change mine to something I can remember easily.

Cheers from Peter

And if you have any problems with that let us know and we'll put the voodoo hex dance on your profile to change the password for ya.

Please let us know if you have any problems with the log on retaining. Need to get this sorted out so I can get back to the garage and paint something!

I'm having the same prob. loging in every time I vist. And, this time it took 4 times before it took......Harv :idonno

That seems to work. I'll close and try in a while. Then I'll let you know, but I think that will take care of it. .......Harv

Re: error

I ahve no idea. May be related to the sign in issue we are currently working on. What were you doing when you got that? need details.

Re: error

it used to be you logged on once I have had passwords not work, take 8 to 10 times to log on I have no vires snd ran cc cleaener and have logged on but not be able to post I use vista weird

Re: error

Didn't you tell me that you did NOT run CCleaner fully?

again, we are having problems with log on. When you take my advice and log off both the forum and the front page. Run CCleaner to remove all temporary files and then log back in at the front page, the problems are significantly reduced.

do NOT log on from the form on the forum. that problem is not fix yet and we'll let everyone know when it is.

Peter, log off the forum, check the front site at http://tanksandthings.com and make sure you are logged off there. Check the forum again and make sure you are logged off there as well. If you are using firefox clean out any and all cookies you have saved for tanksandthings.com. shut down your browser and bring it back up, go to the front page, http://tanksandthings.com , and log on there. This has solved the problem for everyone, not saying you will remain logged on for eternity but it's been working well for the most part.

Re: error

OK Boys and Girls, Big thanks to Kyle and the Community Builder website for helping me out with this. Looks like we have a resolution to the problem. The sessions were not timed correctly.

I was able to recreate the problem after it was first reported. Since applying the fix, I have not been able to recreate the problem. Go ahead...try...let me know.

Meanwhile, I'm going to spray some paint. :mpup
