Kawanishi N1K1-Ja Shiden Type 11 "FINISHED"

Decided I needed a break from the Faun so I pulled this one off the shelf. I figured a little Tamiya shake and bake is what was needed to get my mind off the resin. Wanted to do a quick build of less than a week but it is taking a little longer.

Don't know why I took a start up photo as this is not for a campaign. Habit now I guess.

After a couple of hours the first night. Things were moving right along.

Wing joint needed a little filler on this one.

All primered and ready for paint now which I hope to get to tonight.

Put the wraps on this one today. 15 days start to finish. No record on my part but it was a nice build to get the model mojo flowing again. The Tamiya kit went together as expected with no fuss or muss. I feel like I can go back to the resin beast and finish it off now without losing my mind.
