Hobby Room WIP

In amongst all the other things going on in life I've been slowly (we're talking like sloth pace) refinishing the basement to make a play room for my daughter, a new laundry room and a new hobby room for myself in the process.

Just got the new walls up now and had an electrician in to do some re-wiring. Next up, the drywall!



This will be the new room. SHould be 9' x 11' when done and i plan to install a new bench, display cabinet and much better lighting.




This is also part of the reason why I haven't been building much lately but hopefully I can get a couple done before the end of the year. I'm going to put my efforts into my Yak build and try to get that done before the group build ends.

Wasn't planning on a vent since I only use acrylics and the window is right there but the option is there. Won't be in the near future though!

I want to get a 9' work bench in there!

Work goes very slow and steady on the playroom and new hobby room.

SO, after some more putty, sand, repeat and then some paint, flooring and other stuff, the new play room and hobby room are shaping up!. I spent all last week working on the basement. Just have a few things left to do but the bench is set up again and hopefully I can get back at some modeling!
