Hello,

I decided to do this model for this campaign Hasegawa 1/48 F6F-3 Hellcat.
I know there are better kits like Eduard but I think this is quite nice
kit. :)
It is possible that I will replace cowl with ARII-Otaki parts.
:hmmm

A couple of days I have not worked on the models, but last weekend I managed to do a lot, and now Hellcat looks like this:

Thank You James! :drinks

I am really surprised by the size of the Hellcat in 1/48th scale. I already plan to get one more, really beautiful aircraft this is my first Hellcat build. New tool Dragon kit in 1/72 scale is Fantastic, F6F5 Hellcat with folding wing mechanism. :ro:

All the best! ;)

Thanks guys!! :drinks

I have masked canopy on Hellcat with tamiya tape, then I sprayed some interior color and white.

Sory M.P. I have not seen your question, I was a little busy  but I did a lot last weekend.

Standard pattern but slightly different, I found a reference photo, different than what is given in the decal instructions. ;)

Now I work on small details and weathering effect.

Update:
