Test shots of a new tool T-33 hit the web back in August/September and the kit is now set for release in March. Both an "early" and "late" version are scheduled for release with the early being first (go figure  ).

Cheers,
Rich

Probably not Garry, think the USAF stopped using them late 50s. T37 is what you might be thinking of. Had a similar layout.

Your probably right, if it is that was what the Thunderbirds downgraded to after the F-4 ... I guess the T-34 prop job made me think the T33 was close to that one, I should have googled it ... :pilot Like ya say a thread is useless without pics ... :rotf

Now I've been googling ... The Viet Nam pilots were training in T-28's ... But I think some got to fly in the T-38 after they could handle the T-28 ... all I remember was they were very Loud ... :salute

The answer is T-41, T-37 , T-38 and the than to advanced training F-4 or other.

McDill was an advanced pilot training wing when I was there .
