GI Combat The Haunted Tank

Nice work Mike, love the shaded panel look, that's not easy to do on a small tank.
Well done. (y)

The 30 cal metal barrels look fantastic.
If your after more 30cal barrels try Passion models.Equally as good in the quality of the barrel.

You probably already know this but the side sponsons had the 30 cals fixed in place.I think from memory the driver operated them. How good was that. 2 30 cal machine guns as well as driving the tank. :woohoo: :woohoo:

Michael :drinks :)

Many thanks, my friends! Well, we've reached the end of the road on The Haunted Tank build. It's had it twists and turns and took a great long while, but here it is.

Ol' Jeb was painted back in 2013 before my loss of vision, good thing, I don't think he'd have made the cut if I did it now. The streaking really shows more on the monitor than in person, trick of the lens, I guess. It's much more subtle and pleasing IRL, looks a little harsh here, but there's a learning curve for those of us born without the artistic gene.

It was fun, all in all. Glad you tagged along.

That is a stunningly magnificent job Mike! Way to go. Now all you need is a mounted Civil War general painted all in greys and whites to sit next to this....

Well done once again. I bow in the presence of greatness. :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy :notworthy
