For phantom II (Storch pics)

Hi Christian, heres some pics of the Storch I told ya about. The fellow in the pics is Dr. Keith Baird (retired). He, btw was one of the Apollo 13 mission astronaut doctors. You can spot him in the famous film footage when the crew was brought aboard ship after the splash down if you know who your looking for.

His Storch is a work of art, complete with full cockpit interior and working scale landing gear. The camo paint scheme is reversed if ya notice.

I posted the last two pics for fun just to show what all is hidden behind the skin. The day I took these photo's the plane was having technical problems which is why I got to see the engine exposed...what a rats nest:laugh:

That's nice, not that it's not on Photobucket but nice build, big plane! Check the leading edge slats.
 
I'm not sure what scale he built it but it's 99% scratch done. I know it was in a midair collision and had to be re-built before these pics were taken. It is powered by an unusual 2 stroke inline twin setup.
