Seriously I love snow, we were lucky enough to get it twice last year in Columbia Sc. Day after Christmas and the Monday after I got laid off in Jan.

Ok- y'all make snow and send it down here. This is normal for you right? Right now we have a cold ass rain - it's in the mid 50's, quit laughing thats chilly down here! Low tonight in supposed to be 37.

I too love snow and the experts are saying that its going to be as bad as last year due to the El Nino moisture laden system that rolls in from the Pacific

Don't feel bad I'm from South Carolina, I like driving in the snow, I just don't like other people driving in the snow while I am! Also when it snows here all the bread and milk dissapears- when i lived at the beach we didnt get snow, we had hurricanes instead- then al the tourists and the booze dissapeared. Go figure.lol

The predicted October Nor'easter just started....supposedly getting 4-8 inches...due to my appendectomy last month, I got a late start on getting my firewood from the back forty. Dragged a couple dozen trees in this morning and cut them up until my wrist told me it was time to stop. Have a good head start now anyways...

I'm waiting to see what the weather is going to be like here this winter. Last year was very unusual, we had snow a lot earlier than normal, I think it was early December when we had our first snow, and we had our first white Christmas in like 65 years. Normally we get ice & stuff until mid to late January, and then Feb & March we might get snow.

Cold Lake. Roads are pretty clear of snow now, just wet and some slush. Should freeze up nicely tonight then the idiots can buff it to a nice shine for tomorrow. Your down by the Lancaster museum?
