Drying booth

Has anyone seen or used one of these drying booths? Looks interesting. I have used a crock pot for drying oil paints, but this looks like it might be useful. Please, click on photo:

I saw where one guy who used drying booths for gun smithing made from plexi-glass a hair dryer and an incandescent light bulb, but I digress.
But to answer your question, no, I haven't seen one of these used.
