Thanks, I struggle the most with figures.

John, we all struggle with something or other. Besides, your figures aren't bad at all. Better than a lot of peoples!

Figures are a hobby all to themselves. I would say that figures are the most difficult aspect of diorama building! Not just the painting, but the posing, especially the placement and interaction. You have to separate single, lone figures that people spend months or even a year painting from diorama figures. They are two entirely different things.

If I tried to do stand alone figures for my current diorama, I would need 50 or 60 more years to do the 450 figures in it. They aren't World Expo quality and never could be. I paint them in an assembly line method. Just another give and take from diorama building!

Your dioramas are great! You're doing fine!!!!!
