I have been using WeldOn 3 for many years now. My last pint can cost $12. I never remove the metal plug, I just poke a 1/8 inch hole in it and use a glass syringe with a LONG needle to pull out the solvent and put it in an old Ambroid Pro Weld bottle. Then with the lid on tight it lasts for years.

WeldOn 3 is a whole lot like Tenax7. Same basic composition. It is used to glue clear acrylic together. You have seen the clear racks, boxes and covers in various places. It glues clear acrylic together without crazing it. I use clear acrylic from Home Depot/Lowe's for all kinds of odd construction.
Here are a couple of examples:
A box that fits my widow snug that lets fumes out and keeps rain, snow, hot, and cold out.

And a couple of paint racks. Here is one of them.

All glued together with WeldOn3 and very strong for what they are.

Same here except I don't have a glass syringe but plenty of plastic (as they need replacing). Syringes were bought on eBay:

I then transfer it to a used old amber glass bottle which kept generic Methylene Chloride. The one on top left:

The reason for the amber colored glass bottle is to keep out direct light which seems to cause Methylene Chloride to evaporate, even in a closed bottle. It was discussed here so Heaven's Eagle might want to try what Firesmacker suggested:
