The main fuselage sections of the first of 14 to 16 CP8A Poseidons have been joined. The first delivery is planned for late 2026/early 2027 followed by one aircraft per month. The RCAF has had a cadre of aircrew training at RAF Lossiemouth and NAS Jacksonville since the summer of 2024.
