No it's not Tamiya's but Italeri's. My earlier one was also Italeri's:

I have another one in my collection (can't locate it on my site) but it's also Italeri's. Tamiya had similar car which they named "Pink Panther" but it's and also Italeri's are rare kits now. But late last year Italeri came up with a new offer - the "Pink Panther" which is similar to Tamiya's old offer but at twice to thrice the cost:
