I am working on a 1/35 motorcycle. Here is a picture of the molded on gear shift.

Here is a picture of a 3D printed gear shift. The level of detail is amazing. This part is so small that it was hard to get in focus

I did not design it. I can see 3D printing replacing PE. The detail is on a whole different level.
