My wife will be at a wedding out of town this weekend, few commitments on the schedule, so me and the boys will be ordering take out and bingeing on Tarantino films.
Included in those plans (for me at least) was well overdue bench time. I thought I'd treat myself to something new and odd, so I ordered an OOP Eduard Taifun (Bf 108, fits into either trainer or recon campaigns). Used Amazon and a seller right here in NY to make sure it landed in my hands in time. I ordered it last week, but they didn't ship until Monday, but they used Priority Mail, so I should be good, especially considering the shop is less than an hour from me and I wouldn't crack the box until the weekend.
I got the message it was delivered today, cool. Wait, delivered to Thomasville, NC. What? Huh?
I ordered a backup, AM SBD-3 off of eBay. Again, NY seller, from where I grew up as a matter of fact, again, about an hour away.
I guess I should be looking towards a backup-backup?
