Hey,that's funny,...a while back we had a campaign[groupbuild] with the same title,
you might want to check it out:https://www.modelersalliance.com/forum/berlin-1945

I really like how the road is done with the railway cast in it, and the car being crashed by a tank is a nice touch.
Seems to me,the PAK guns and figures are the older Tamiya ones.

Greetings,Ron.

Yes,by Tamiya ...one of my first dioramas, many years ago
About 2 tanks(T-34 and IS2) I don't remember who are the manufacturer...
Nice coincidence with the name...Berlin 1945
greetings

Those PaK 40's are the same as the one I just built! I'm still slaving with the figures, but it was a fun little kit. And that is a great dio, nice work.

I posted the pics of the gun here, still working on the cycle and the figures...

I may camo the gun, or maybe not. I'm just building my first field pieces and feel the need to finish them shiny! lol

I saw your gun.Now he need a camo. You can start with a easy (basic)one.Choose the basic camo color and after(Let it dry !) apply a supplementary effect ..( easy trick :a) prepare a brush with short and rough hair(the brush need to be dry)b)utilizing a drop of ochre or light grey color ,we unload the surplus paint on a piece of paper, until the brush leaves a fine line...c)rub the brush in the areas where natural factors acts, insisting
on the edges..as the paint unloads even more,u may raise the pressure
Warning! before touch the gun,you must to try on other surface...for practice
It's a start,right!!!!

Good tip- I was leaning towards a standard blue/grey base (like on the Tamiya box) and a little grey and brown dry brush on the highlights.

I may wait- I'm doing a Hannomag -251 soon. I may want the two to match since I'm setting the pak 40 on the half tracks tow hook...

Question, did the Germans paint kill rings on the barrels of their anti tank guns like they did with the 88's?

Not on every PAK 40...but it happened.
