Hi CG:

This looks quite nice. But I was wondering a couple of things. First, is it finished, or is it going to get a, or some; figures other than Moon Puppy's wolf  . But mostly I would be very interested to hear the techniques you used to get the aged apperance of the painted wood. And especially how you managed to get the rough cut saw marks on some of the planks.

Very nice. Love the weathering and the attention to detail. I also hope you could provide some information on the methods you used to create such an outstanding piece of work.

Hey that is excellent , it looks like it is heavily influenced by Chuck Doans work  !

Welcome to Tanks and Things by the way , make sure to post an intro in Jennys friends to introduce yourself to all the gang !

Jenny

Hi.

Jenny is right, this piece of work is inspired by Chuck Doans.... I get to know him about two month ago through the internet.... Once I saw his work, I like it very much.... The realistic looking of his work really excited me and inspired me to start this project....This work is completed, no human or vehicle will be added in.... The dog is meant to add in some life to the diorama and also to create a balance in the appearance.... otherwise it may look too symmetric....

All woods are cut into strips and soak into tea leaves and raw umber to create an aging effect.... texture is randomly created using scribers and pen knife....

I am really happy to know that you like my work.

Thanks
:)
