9K37M1 BUK (SA-11 Gadfly) Mobile SAM - Finland

That's a lot to experiment with Chris, you can see the greens fad in and out on the same subject a lot of times.

I think this look pretty darn good to me. :good:
I don't know know If I would get to hung up on the hard edge/soft edge. But as your shooting for a "10 footer" definitely give the hard edge a shot...might get it down to a 5 footer :coolio2:
:popcorn

After a debacle with the tracks...I managed to more or less salvage it. Just need to finish up the missiles and optical sight in the morning over a cup of coffee and I'll call this experiment done.

Calling this one a wrap. Learned some stuff, got some ideas that might help me next time, and it's adds something completely different to the shelf line up, so I'll call it a win. It's certainly not w/o it's issues (build issues, not kit), but doesn't detract from it unless you start looking closely. It's not going to shows, so good enough for this round.

That's a big target to aim for :pilot
Nice job Chris, glad you got it completed, looks good from here.

yeah that target can shoot back so you have to be careful, just use a 500lb JSOW from standoff and call it the day.
the build looks GREAT!! I would have thought the Finns used a splinter camo pattern...still look Kool nonetheless :vgood:
