I forgot I was going to this one! All resin and PE! Never done an all resin kit.:unsure:

Ok, got the hull all filled and put together. Not much filling really? Not looking forward to the tracks! Beautiful detail just a lot of clean up. I got the road wheels done and bent/steamed the gun barrels and a set of missles straight. A little warped but not bad. Everything getting primed. I will say the instructions leave a lot of room for inprovement. I am glad I have a ton of images of the real thing!

PLEASE do not bend the resin, let it return to its natural in mold state by suspending it in hot water. I have been dealing with Armo (the resin caster for the 5 Star models) for over a decade and I know that the molds are absolutely true when filled.

By the way, I may need to dip the Tankmaster Ural armor. I found the set but not the instructions so it must be in the kit box. Now, to find the kit!

Well Iam unemployeed and most of the house projects are done. SO....lots of time to fill when not looking of a Jay O Bee! Saul, I'll take it that kit when you find it. I steamed and they are fine. They were just a bit off.
 
Nice work so far. Are you going with overall green as the color or the camo pattern?

Interesting note ( to me at least), your kit instructions are a lot different than mine. The instructions in my kit aren't as good as yours.
 
Man they must be bad then casue these suck! After priming the guns and missles, Iam gonna have to rebuild them. There are big fill gaps in between the missles and the gun barrels are bad with seems and the like. As far as camo, hell yeah. Other two Iam doing will be green.
 
Making progress. I made all the tie downs out of brass wire and not the kit supplied resin ones. All swing arms for the roadwheels are mounted, and road wheels are done. I got the PE vents on and the front radar dish done. Iam starting the barrel replacment tonight.

sure nuff nice work! Don't understand how you keep it so clean, guess getting it right the first time is the key.

Well I got some more done! 1st time I mounted the rockets upside down :gogo Fixed that. I got the radar mostly done.
I need to tackle the muzzle flash on the 30mm guns. Very small!
