Perhaps they'll need a pricey Japanese tank from the same manufacturer to station.

ARII's Steam Locomotive Type C62 1:80, priced at Y500 + Y500 shipping - that's around $12.50 which is very cheap (it's out of stock now):

It comes with an electric motor and 12 rails (4 straight rails and 8 curving rails) meaning it can run!:

Can't replicate the problem on another computer so it must be on yours. Clear out your cache and cookies and log in again from the main page.
