1/48 Skyraider kits

[Sherman 18]

Has anyone built any of the 1/48 scale Skyraider kits? Monogram/Revell, Matchbox, Esci or Tamiya If you have what would you recommend.

Great kit, careful with the decals,or get AM ones, leave flaps, gun barrels and tail aerial off until last.

I would go Tamiya myself too. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Trumpeter or HobbyBoss 1/48 in the future as Trumpy have done it in 1/32 now and those 2 companies like to rescale each other's projects it seems.

I went OOB on mine as there were no AM things in stock here I could find for that version, refs were straight off the web, the only AM I added was the Napalm bombs
