Nope early version. I used the earlier version of the idler wheel.

I guess not. Least ways not on this model.

Depends on the chassis used, as the N series was made up of rebuilt J,L and M chassis, with the M the only chassis type without the hull escape hatches because they simplified the hull armour on that production series. There were also a few very late L chassis' which may have been used that also did not have the escape hatches but these were very low in number and may not have survived to be rebuilt as N's.

Looks very Nice Terry . Love the ground work also.....
I know you won't be happy with me but as me being a Pzr 3 nerd, the N model never had the early rear idler as the H series introduced the new wider track, front drive sprocket and shock absorbers. Some were missed due to using existing parts first but by the J onwards they wer all fitted with the later track and wheels.
Just thought I should let you know. If you are using a ref I would love to get a copy as it would be a great anomoly to have in my ref pics.
Either way great looking build.
