Horror movie starring Kurt Russell were an alien takes over peoples bodies and they transform. There was a scene where a head grew spider like legs and ran off.

Lowry AFB SAC Shack had a warning on the doors. "Beware falling ice cycles". I don't think these will pick up the pierce your noggin speeds though.
