    Yeah, it was the go to RC plane covering back in the day and is a popular sail material for small scale ship modelers. Dipped in water once dry holds its shape nicely and isn't fuzzy.

    Made some gun cleaning rods. Does anyone know what the cleaner end actually looks like? I read its a brush, but no scale models of it looks like an actual brush and I haven't found a pic of a real one. I'm guessing they were pretty messy, so was a cover kept on them and that's what the model...

    Experimenting with Silkspan for making the rolled tarps. They're wet from the paint/water dip. We'll see if it worked once they dry.

    At 8 pm here in N Ga. We have no snow or ice and don't expect any overnight. Local weather man says temps will unexpectedly stay above freezing into the morning...YAY!... Dodged a bullet. Hopefully it will be the same for you in SC Bob.
