    P-47D Razorback "Miss Second Front"

Thanks everyone for pointing these sheets out and Thank You Pup! I did notice the Malcolm hood but I think I'm going to stick with the straight up Razerback canopy. Now for the next question....what is the tracked vehicle in the photo below and where can I find one in 1/48? :victory:

    P-47D Razorback "Miss Second Front"

Its time to get my ducks in a row...or should I say Razorbacks. I have decided to seriously try my had at an wingy thing and my choice is... I'll use Tamiya's 1/48 scale kit with only a few doodads added. As of now the baggiest issue is the decals sheet...mainly trying to find one. I know...

    Workbench Wednesday-Nov23

Thought I would start a new thread where I'll try and post some sort of scale model content every Wednesday. 22Nov23 A fist full of halftracks! Had these kits for awhile and wanted to build them as a trio...so what better time then now to start them. The original plan was OotB, but that...

    Brummbar (Early), Tamiya (1975) - 1/35 Scale

Slow but steady progress. Lesson learned is to take photos during your builds as you can catch oopsie-daisy moments that need a fix'in. :smack:

Kinetic Israeli F-16I "Sufa" (Storm) Finished

Wow Greg that was fast and it looks good. I was going to suggest a light coat from the golden paints we saw at your shop but the Tamiya seems to have worked out great. :vgood: @moon puppy; As the front is the pilot you don't want him blinded, of course but that would hold just as true for...

Kinetic Israeli F-16I "Sufa" (Storm) Finished

This is looking Great Greg. I spent 3yrs supporting Block 50 Wild Weasels ("WW" 95th FW). It will be interesting to see if the I models sport the gold canopy. The "gold" laminate was to defuse dazzling from lasing either from the ground or airborne. Based on the below photo I say they...

    Brummbar (Early), Tamiya (1975) - 1/35 Scale

Thanks Everyone! I used Gator glue to attach the Zimm. Its more like paper then cardstock. Monroe suggests using PVA but the model need priming first. But with Gator Glue there was no need to prime the model. :coolio2:

    Brummbar (Early), Tamiya (1975) - 1/35 Scale

Finished up the Zimmerit for the ol Bear. This is a great product and very easy to use. If Monroe Perpu offers a set for your build you can't go wrong in use this paper Zimmerit. A little trimming of the edges and some damage to the Zimm then on with the rest of the build. :victory:
