    MFH Abarth 1000-SP 1/12

This is for the benefit of other newbie MFH builders like me. the parts are not on a sprue as such so they are not numbered or marked. they come in a plastic bag, this must make packing these boxes hard adding about 500 parts rather than just 5 sprues :) so how do you identify the parts to...

    MFH Abarth 1000-SP 1/12

That's great info Paul, i have also found that CA has a shelf life see here CA glue has an average shelf life of 1 to 2 years when unopened and stored in a cool, dry place, but it can be significantly extended by refrigeration, potentially lasting for several years in some cases. Once opened...

    MFH Abarth 1000-SP 1/12

So i am laying the foundations here of my first MFH car build. Its rather daunting being multi media, white metal, resin, vac form etc, basically a whole new experience for me. I dont really know what to expect in terms of fit, drilling required and alignment. I guess i will need a good flat...

    D-Type

I supose i should get on and build something but we are having the best summer i can remember in my 65 years, Weeks of clear blue skies and a good liveable temp of 80-90F with a few at 95F. There's a lot of miseries , howling how we are all going to die of global warming but truth is over here...

    D-Type

I do wish MFH would either go back to making F1 cars or cars with roofs and give me a break dont they realise that when i retired, my wallet retired as well. Announced yesterday for pre order and delivery in Sept. I couldn't resist this having failed miserably with my Revell E-type build, a...

    2025 Air Power History Tour

I remember years ago going to the Duxford museum hear and being absolutely gob smacked at the size of the flying jackets in the American air museum section. Words cant describe the size of these but these were like 50% scale model jackets...except they weren't not a great picture as they...

Colour was worth persevering with, looks pretty good to me, a bit of a flat coat will really give it that doped linen look

Starting to get a bit excited about this

Its not released yet but i think shipping if forecast for the end of August. I haven't built one of their cars yet so i will probably start on something a bit cheaper and simpler. I bought this because the sales window is very small, just about a week this time before it sold out on pre orders.
