don't forget that tanks were assigned to divisions and those have been sent to the west for refreshment - that way a t34 attached to a certain division may have been transferred to the west. but still i have to admit that i don't have a clue whether there were t34 attached to divisions during...

why not? they did the same with french somua s-35 tanks/hotchkiss h-35/38/39 (norway), char b1 bis (balkans), amd panhard 178 (soviet union), several dutch and french recon cars and plenty of other liberated equipment ...
