Piano wire? Dremel/jewelry cut off wheels. That wire is too tough for anything else. I pretty much just use the cut off wheels on any steel wire.

Sponge sanding discs and rotary tool

I have some nice tight sharpened nippers that I use for plastic. They were intended for cutting electronic part leads and soft copper wire. I end up with steel and hard brass wire that buggers up the edges on them so the carbide ones were something I needed and didn't know I did.

    Revell FW-190- A8 "Sturmbock" 1/32

When I place the Quinta decals, I paint a wet layer of Future (yeah, I still have most of a bottle) on the panel and then place the resin decal. I then usually have to blot, align, and press a little, but they settle right down, and have had zero trouble after that.

You can do it Bob! My bit has always been to fix my screwups and there have been several major ones in my past. I applaud you going for this one again. Third time is the charm?

That yellow was taken directly from the yellow in the truck photograph. I tried to pick a pixel that was the average color to use. Anyway it looks like it solved your problem.

I have several hundred fonts and can then convert to vector graphics and manipulate. Should be pretty close with the resolution of the original photo I used. The "Greenwood, S.C." was not centered either.
