Whitehorse only had the one smokestack, I wonder which boat this one is? It amazes me that these men piloted their stout, little boats up such narrow rapids.

The SS Clifford Sifton. Her story HERE. The rapids on the Yukon River were submerged in 1958 with the completion of the Whitehorse Hydro dam.

Well now, THAT is thought provoking! 120' X 24' beam. Hmm.....
2.057 inches length overall...... Hmm.
.0411 inch beam. Hmm.
Smaller than 1/700 SS Whitehorse by a bit. Hmm.
Is there a broadside profile picture of the old Clifford Sifton, oh renter-of-space-in-head?
