@Kreighshoer Thank you for the compliments! The cross you mentioned is the U.S. marksman badge. Under it there are a set of loops were bars could be attached with the weapon that this person mastered. On this one it is "carbine", but it could be a whole row with for example machinegun, pistol...

@Andy Pleased that you like it! @brad Be aware that this is a very rare version that was used in gliders. The standard handy talkies did not have the bottom connectors and the side slide. Other wise they are pretty much the same! If you want I can shoot some pictures of the standard version...

@James Well, I did get more items from Plus Model in the past. Most were those small sets for adding items to diorama's or vehicles. I wasn't impressed with the quality, but price was right for the quality. When I unpacked this kit I was amazed how good the quality was! Recently I bought a set...

Hi Bob, Saw this on the old site when surfing the net. Then I noticed that all messages ended in 2009 and wondered why? Had not seen the "small" sign that the site moved to what it is today! Well, found it and joined it! Hell, can you still find everything? :)

Hi Andy, Thanks for asking your brother! How ever, don't let him do a lot of work on it. The "fliegerbluse" is under the Zumpf jacket, so can't be seen! My problem is that I can't spend my money on German items! They just don't interest me enough, to many fakes and to little knowlegde on...

She is the big Boss......damn....I have to watch my words then!!! Yes Andy, the smock is the real deal! Don't know if you know the difference between the Luftwaffe and the Army smock?
