The first CF-35 squadron isn't planned to arrive at 4 Wing until late 2028. The new hangar and support facilities have to be completed and pass their security inspections before the aircraft arrive. Until that time they will be delivered to Luke AFB were they will continue training with F-35 operators until then.

Yes it is. The other base will be 3 Wing Bagotville, PQ.
