Following on their 1/35 Bf 109 is a Ju 87. Yes in 1/35 scale. So the mix of air and land continues.

That's awesome. hope they are well detailed cause I doubt you'll get any aftermarket for it.

When i built my aires/Hasa recently i found that the G1/2 didn't have machine guns in the wings ?..

Interesting, but not for me.I already avoid 1/32 a/c too big and a 1/35 airfield dio is kinda big too.
Outside of pairing a jeep or a truck with a plane, there's only so much you can do.

I had the Hasegawa 32nd scale Stuka and it wasn't too big (smaller than many 48th scale bombers). 35th scale should be smaller and look good with so many vehicles you can place around it or incorporate into scenes. Stripped and on a railcar? Abandoned and pushed by a bulldozer? Shot down and passed by an AA piece? Preparing for a mission with fuel truck or ammunition loading?

Regards,

From what I understand the G-1 is based on the D-3 model and the G-2 is based on the D-5 model. Machine guns left in were the two in the rear cockpit. The guns could kill most Russian tanks. The reason they converted the older Ju 87s is the
HS 129 which was successful had large fuel tanks that were vulnerable and so the call was put out for a better solution.
Good video of the aircraft in action here.

:hmm: I have been mixing 1/32 planes with 1/35 vehicles and figs for years, so I thought I would welcome this day when it came but I have committed to a large 1/32 collection that I would have to start selling off - not sure what to do now!

A brand new 1/35 model of either would not supplant the previous 1/32 scale offerings. Scale-wise it seems like splitting hairs to me.
There's a Border Models 1/35 109 on evil-bay for $135.00 plus shipping. (ANOTHER Bf-109. How repetitious!!)
None for me thanks.
