German (Insert Long German word here) - Truck

Well done this build has transformed into something that you should be very proud of.

The detail in the back is astounding, the little things is what makes it.

Thanks James :notworthy

Still few bits and pieces to make good on, but otherwise reasonably happy with the outcome.

Curious to see how this will be judged, not holding my breath really, but will see :D

Bought more trucks - it seems like a bit of an obsession :blink :woohoo:

A Henschel and a Bussing NAG and an American Water truck. Small dio / vignette in mind for the American, not too sure yet about the Germans, but probably some electrical repairs / radio or similar.

I have thoroughly enjoyed building this one, the only thing I would change is the flag - probably better if I replaced it with some tree branches, more historically appropriate I suppose. Lesson learnt :smack

Thanks Phil :notworthy

Mike - I finally did it. Ripped the darn thing, now I'm cleaning it up and working on adding camo branches everywhere.

Yesterday I thought I was nearly done with this project :rotf

Cheers,

Laurence

Rock on, bro! It takes nerve to rip into something that looks OK to make it better. :ro:

Thanks Mike, here's the progress. Camo net from Verlinden and some vegetation :D

Sides still need doing, I've only added net to one side, second one to be done over this weekend. Actually everything needs finishing over the next few days :S

Got to this only now, but what fun it was to go through from beginning to end without having to wait for updates. Outstanding work - you can sure be proud of this model.

Looks swell! Maybe place it in a nice wooded lot with some blokes standing around a pulled engine for a diorama base?

Thanks Luiz & MP :notworthy

It will be part of a small dio I have in mind, but it doesn't involve an engine :D

I want to have it done by mid November, for the Adelaide show next week it's going to be just the truck
