What a mix of A/C, Spitfire, Corsair, Wildcat, can't make out the two on the right.

I"m going to guess somewhere in the South Pacific, SE Asia, CBI or Australia maybe.

I like the colors, patterns of the camo and the fading of the markings. It was to cool to not to share.

The two on the right look like Barracudas. Judging by the full uniforms and foliage in the background I don't think it is South Pacific MP.

Just think of the Diorama you could do with that. What is the plane at the far end of the buildings? Another spitfire maybe?

The gear stance looks to be wider than a Spitfire also. Really neat picture Jeff, thanks for sharing. What a mix of aircraft!

That looks like someones model collection to me. a clever bit of photoshop.

A Cannon Spit with no cannons barrels?
A FAA Corsair in spurious markings
A mix of aircraft i have never seen including...... a Yellow nose Hurricane ???
and all in a unlikely confined space and all having engine work at the same time.
And the picture taken from a height that would put the photographer on the roof of somewhere.
Grass in the foreground and grass at the end of the taxiway so how do you get the Spit out for example ?

Call me cynical but it doesn't ring true to me.

I got real busy at work today Paddy, don't think you killed the debate, why, cause I don't think it's photoshopped.

First reason, most photoshopped images tell on themselves unless it's a really good job. There's none of those tell tale signs in this, that I can find.

Clearly this is a maintenance area. So there wouldn't have a need for wide tarmac for staging of armed aircraft. Just a path area to pull broke birds in and out.

There appears to be a path leading out the rear of the image behind the yellow nose Hurricane (yellow nose Hurricane impossible?). Also beyond that aircraft you can see a larger structure, another hanger maybe?

Could be the paint rack?

Well if this is real Non of the aircraft have Sqn codes, just roundels. I think we will need to re think our weathering from now on looking at the Spit and Corsair as well. you will know from my builds i think most people go light on the wear and tear but this is something else.
The Barracudas are fleet air arm, so is the Corsair and Martlet, Hurricane could be. The Corsair would be after April 44 but why is there a very early 3 blade prop MkV Spit there in quite different colours. ...... ;)Unless its supposed to be a Seafire...

Lets say its real then, some things still dont ring true but could be just age and the photograph, things like the mechanic on the RHS of the Spit has trouser legs in shade yet throwing out a sharp shadow behind...So where could this be and when ?? the Corsair would be Blue after late 44 and those are very UK colours , not SE Asia and yet those are not RAF hangers. The Spit and Corsair are tied down as well, also not very British ? :popcorn

I say it is a "super" secert German base, in ............. Mexico :idonno

I'm just being a smart a$$, I really don't know. I'm by no means a expert on aircarft. Paddy you make some nice points for thought. I never would have noticed the missing markings. :D
Also note thre is an aircraft just behind the hanger to the right, you can see the nose in the part the Saul enlarged.

Here are a couple other color pictures I had found of Corsairs (I think I've shared before)and the camo is different on them
