Thankyou all very much, this one was an experiment for me with "real" NMF and it was a learning curve, my next step will be to purchase a bottle of Alclad's Aqua clear finish to try over this brand of paint to see what happens - on a test piece though!

I got back home late today and was chasing the setting sun.

Also tonight I repainted the tail and waist canvas covers with Humbrol 155 OD, which looks much better, pic shows it darker than to the eye.
It seems to blend with the NMF much better

Outside pics, as you can see I was losing my sun area fast!
