Hi Guys and Gals,

You want to be very careful when ordering from this Guy, I placed an order back on the 18th of September and have still not received anything. I have sent a number of e-mails trying to get an update on my order and againt my better judgement I did not start a complaint with PayPal within the 45 days. My advice is to stay away from this guy.

Regards,
Rod

Hi Rod, i find that strange, i met him and i find him a very nice guy that take care of he's customers, i see if i can do something to clear that up.

Hi Rod, i had an answer from him today, your order was sent on 17 November and should arrive to you soon, he say he sent you a mail on the night between 8-9 Nov. explaining the reason for the delay.
He asked me to check with you if he have the correct mailadress, i send you a message so you can check it and see if it's correct.
I hope you soon have the products because they are really nice :)
Greetings
Mats

Thanks Guys,

At this point it is just wait and see, my confidence in this company to deliver is very low now considering the order was placed and paid for on the 18th of September, I only received this reply in November after asking for an update on the order three times. Below is the e-mail sent to me on the 8th of November (nearly 60 days after payment was taken)

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Uschi went through wild times during the last few weeks. The summer was a hard time (but we were prepared) and we were very much
looking forward for the season kick off by fall 2012.
All staff at Uschi´s and the collaborators were actually quite enthusiastic about the things that may come.
What happened on from this point was actually the material for the story of an airplane crash: A a very unusual combination of
events.

First Issue: A calm little Mail Service Hub near Stuttgart.
I don’t know why this hub is involved in many of my shipping but it seems to be one which is
responsible for outbound abroad from my location.
After receiving the first messages about the delay from some of you, I started to run several investigations
for the whereabouts of untracked items.
I have been informed that some of the items make their turn on the pick up belt, without actually being picked up and
forwarded. Some of these items were wrongly sent back to me.

Second Issue: The German Customs
This issue has to do with one of the vital supply lines of Uschi in terms of decal paper.
Uschi Invested 1k€+ in decal paper to be well stocked for the season.
The shipping were sent from the supplier in the US in several boxes.
These items were hold under custody for more than four (4!!!) weeks.
The laconic comment on the other end of the line was that these things take time and
there is nothing one can do about. Furthermore the person mentioned it would not make sense
to call again since this would not change anything. (WTF???.....)

Third Issue: The decal paper supplier
As I finally had my supplies, I opened up the box and found out that all materials were of the wrong type.
You can imagine my face. I was short about starting to cry.
Well, I managed to sell a part of the stuff to an other decal company and also I managed to get some
of the correct material from these guys in exchange.
I tried to print on the wrong material, which was a fail.

Solution
I managed to find a print shop who can print on the wrong stuff.
I sent them a test paper and they said the can do it. Light on the end of the tunnel? Well almost.
I sent them the material.
A few days later they said they cannot hold the deadline since they have problems on the printing. (quel surprise)
I was about to give up since I really was deeply frustrated.
A few days ago we had a long long conversation by phone, discussing technical issues.
They called in the service guys from the manufacturer of their machines and they finally found
a solution. The serial production started then.

Since two days we are now deeply involved in packaging and in cleaning up the mess.
Those of you who haven't received d their shipment until now may be informed that
it has been shipped shortly or will be shipped not later than 15th of November 2012.

In case you have any further questions about a detailed status, please drop me a line or give me a call.
We will be in Telford this weekend (that was close, we almost weren't able to go there) and will continue
our efforts in handling and processing next week.

We do our best to to bring this horrible story to a luck end, and we are absolutely sure that we can
make it.

Please accept my, and my wife Christine´s sincerest apologies for your inconvenience.
We will try our very best that these delays will not happen in the future anymore.

So help us....whoever.... and the German Customs, these guys for sure. Not.

Please allow me to share a lil link to an ....well...amusing (??) youtube video that
somehow reminds me on a calm little Mail Service Hub near Stuttgart.

My Confidence has been restored with Uschi van der Rosten. I recieved an e-mail from Alex it appears that PayPal dropped the Address 2 line out of the shipping address. And for some reason the contact form does not seem to work from my work PC not sure why. I'll use the e-mail address rather than the contact form on there website in the future. Big thanks to Mats for helping out with this.

Regards,

Rod
