Its part of the armour section. But assuming you are doing a WWI vignette you could make a thread in the To End All Wars section and get a ribbon.

Sorry, got a crazy work load this month and haven't been focused well here.

If you got a proper start up shot with time stamp, or if everyone is ok to allow it, it's ok to move it.
