As much as I'm interested in the Vietnam war (helos mainly), I never realized we had that much armor over there. Hmm, learn something new.

These are some awesome pics. I would love to make a Vietnam-era gun truck in 1/72 scale. I can make one of those with the M-113 in the back, and I have a second one started with the armor plate on the sides; but the issue is getting the markings for these in my scale. With all the variety of markings visible on all these vehicles; you'd think someone would have issued a set or three of decals for them. They are probably available to all you 1/35th scale guys, but none for me.

Oh well, time for Plan B.......

Hawkwrench, there was a lot of armor over there indeed. I had a friend who served in the 1st of the 69th Armor. He was at Ben Het where he helped shoot up six PT-76's
