The Duke's Last Armor for 2013

Happy New Year everyone, this is my post showing my last model finished in 2013. This is the ModelCollect 1/72 scale Russian TOS 1 MLRS, or as they call it: "Flamethrower". They call it that because it lobs rockets that have Fuel Air Explosives in the nose.

As you recall, if you've been following my Manufacturing Thread, you've seen this fresh off the factory floor. Here it is after the crew took it for a spin to test it out:

Here you can see it after they parked it next to my other TOS 1A Buratino that I had built earlier this year:

Now that is some serious firepower there!

That's all I have for you now. Here's to a more productive New Year with a lot more models finished. I need the room that is being taken up by so many boxes!

Thanks MP. I've been practicing and experimenting at the same time, hoping to come up with something that works well enough to look realistic. I think I'm closing in.
