Soldering Supplies

Anyone have a good source for soldering supplies? I'm looking for solders with varying melting temps,
for soldering brass PE. And anything else that looks handy...

Thanks,
Tom

Tom,
Might give Radio Shack a look. They have the stuff for electronic work, maybe the ticket for PE - thinking
small.
:hmmm

Radio Shack is a far cry from what it use to be. Tim not sure who to tell you to go to. Find out exactly what you're looking for and hit an electrical supply house around your town. Granted you'd wind up with more stock than you'd ever need but solder doesn't go bad.

I've gotten to where I don't think about any micro welders, I'm using one of those big Weller soldering guns with two stage heat. the micro stuff just don't get hot enough to get the job done for me. That and the trusty thumb burner micro torch.

Other than that, I'm :popcorn

Yeah, I've hit up a couple of local Radio Shacks around here...and found them woefully understocked.

At some point I remember seeing a post that referred to a store that sold solder of various melting points,
can't remember if it was here or somewhere else...and apparently I forgot to save the link. :(

Have you looked at MicroMark?

http://www.micromark.com/tix-solder-pkg-of-20-three-inch-sticks,6707.html

Their service is pretty good and their pricing competitive.
