SNOWMAGEDDON

Sadly here in NY, we've only had two storms where I have had to actually plow out the driveway...and the snow is usually rained away within a few days...we are due for a mix of sleet and snow tonight into tomorrow AM, but who knows? Weather sure has been weird here in NY...

Snowmageddon? Had to dig these photos up for you all. This was in '97 back when I was living in Winnipeg (also known as Winterpeg). We had to wait four days for a big a$$ front end loader with a snowblower attachment to come clear our back lane. The first photo is my neighbours car, he took one look at it and walked away. Waited until he was able to catch the bobcat guy that does the parking lot across the street to dig it out. My car was the red one below, not so bad. I can still see the door handles. So glad I moved away from there! :D

That looks like what we got at Grand Forks. I've told the story many times about waiting out a blizzard playing poker for 3 days and walking out the second floor window to go to the chow hall. Kinda like...been there done that, no need to do it again.
