Sad passing of a legend ,Bill Millin has died

Piper Bill Millin died today aged 88 after a short illness , landing on D-Day and particpating in the relief of Pegasus bridge with Lord Lovat's Commandos ,Bill was a true Scottish hero and another veteran sadly lost to us .

He had bravery that is seldom seen in history. To stand in the line of fire and rally troops like this goes against all sense of self preservation.
